My Little Chef
My wife Marcia, daughters Lesley and Denise, along with my works cook, Paul.
He cooked for me during the long shifts in the mountains of Sri Lanka, my
timber canteen in the background was moved along the road works, around
once per week, to a new location, as the road works progressed.
Paul had invited my family along for lunch, before they set off for our home in
the UK, to start leave two weeks before I was due to return home for 3 weeks.
Our workshops guys painted the Little Chef sign and installed it on location.
