Boom to mast plates
The two plates in the centre of picture have to be paired with all holes lining up, the odd
hole situated top right of centre is for an "eye bolt", which is fixed to the vertical section
of the mast pole, and enables the owner to adjust the antenna to an absolute horizontal
position on the mast, it's a simple but brilliant addition to the kit, and very worth while.
When these two plates are being put together, there will be no doubt in you
mind about how substantial the boom to mast fixings are, I have erected and
used many antennas in my amateur radio life, this is as strong as they come.
