Down to basics, running an FT890 powered by two very heavy duty batteries, trickle
charged by the red battery charger on the desk, I had to install Papst fans in both the
charger and the power supply, these were kindly donated by Paul - G4XTA. The 12
volt power supply at the other end of the desk, sometimes used when 240 volts mains
supply was available, either via the mains grid, or one of our large diesel powered
generators on the works site. Life was not at all easy!!!!!!
